By focusing fully on a specific task we release the parts that have been stuck in repetitive patterns. This enables us to move the energies around and forward. In such way we gain clarity and retain objectiveness. Observing and sitting with ourselves without any distractions can sometimes be the hardest thing to do. Scanning through our different layers gives us the opportunity to tap in and awareness of where we are right now. This enables us to consciously align with our truth. I offer workshops to hold the space for you to rest, be present and acknowledge your inner voice.
